Voronyx is now certified as a woman-owned business by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

The certification proves Voronyx is 100 percent woman-owned, operated and controlled—verified through a rigorous federal review. It means no silent partners, no non-woman co-owners and full transparency. While many companies claim diverse ownership, SBA certification proves it—ensuring credibility and compliance.

Why it matters:

  1. Only 39 percent of U.S. businesses are women-owned (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, 2024). Despite growth, barriers remain—from funding gaps to industry under-representation. I’m proud to join the movement of resilient, innovative women-led firms.
  2. Clients seeking diverse suppliers rely on SBA certification as independent proof. Public agencies and large corporations often demand it before awarding contracts—this credential meets that bar.
  3. Supplier-diversity goals? Partnering with a certified woman-owned firm helps you hit them. Diverse suppliers often earn preference in competitive bids, giving our clients an edge.
  4. The WOSB Federal Contracting Program reserves certain federal contracts for certified woman-owned firms—especially in industries where women remain under-represented. This opens a new path for growth.

Thanks for celebrating with me. Reach out if you’d like to talk about how we can collaborate.
